What you will do

• Oversee the project management process, including governance, team leadership, and quality controls.
• Lead the analysis and implementation of PMO tools for program/project planning, management, and tracking.
• Develop strategies for governing the project portfolio, including resource allocation and management.
• Direct, manage, and plan the delivery of programs/projects supporting enhancements and business-as-usual production.
• Establish a PMO role and a center of excellence aligning with project manager standards and guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate project managers and PMO staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
• At least 3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience acting as an advisor and partner in the development and definition of business strategies.
• Must be authorized to work in US without visa sponsorship now and in the future.
• Proven leadership in multiple project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
