What you will do

• Develop and implement scalable programs to support hirify.global’s VC account management team at different customer lifecycle stages.
• Own the governance of key account management motions, including business reviews, renewals, and customer engagement.
• Support cross-functional programs to improve customer retention, limit churn, and unlock upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Work closely with leadership on executing strategic initiatives and driving outcomes.
• Design, track, analyze, and report on KPIs to develop operational insights and improve team performance.
• Identify blockers to operational efficiency and lead programs to improve workflows, systems, and team experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or sales strategy.
• Experience, ideally in a SaaS, fintech, or high-growth environment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and break complex problems into simple pieces.
• Data-driven approach to quickly turn quantitative data into actionable insights.
• Clear and collaborative communicator with cross-functional partners.
• Customer- and outcomes-obsessed mindset.
