What you will do
- Build and nurture C-suite and senior client relationships to address critical business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts.
- Serve as the client's voice within hirify.global, influencing product roadmaps.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for account expansion and profitability.
- Represent hirify.global as a trusted advisor, staying ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in building and managing strategic relationships with senior executives, particularly within large financial institutions.
- Proven track record in structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals, including SaaS-based solutions.
- Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending.
- Experience applying technologies such as machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization is highly desirable.
- Ability to craft and execute joint business plans aligned with client and hirify.global's strategic priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to maintain close client partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
