What you will do
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the DACH region, focusing on new logo acquisition.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the DACH market to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasting.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment for sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in the DACH region.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos.
- Strong understanding of treasury and financial processes within the Office of the CFO.
- Ability to communicate confidently and credibly with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent German and English is a must.
