What you will do
- Support New Business Sales, Inside Sales, and Renewals teams through scalable processes.
- Assist in Salesforce CRM management to improve usability and data accuracy.
- Ensure complete and up-to-date data for reliable forecasting and planning.
- Proactively identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions for efficiency.
- Help implement contract workflows and compliance checks.
- Assist the Business Analyst manager with reporting and renewal tracking, collaborating with Finance.
Requirements
- Experience using a CRM system is required; Salesforce expertise is highly beneficial.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic sales data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data accuracy and operational excellence.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for various stakeholders.
- Desire to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
- Comfortable learning new tools and willing to explore AI-driven solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support financial year planning through data modeling.
