What you will do
- Prospect and build a strong sales pipeline for the field sales team through outbound calling and email outreach.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
- Research and engage with potential budget holders and decision-makers.
- Pre-qualify leads and schedule appointments or call-backs for the field sales team.
- Act as a bridge between marketing and sales, collaborating on campaign activity to improve lead generation.
- Produce weekly activity and performance reports, including challenges and successes.
Requirements
- Clear, articulate and tactful communication skills.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
- Strong motivation and enthusiasm to succeed in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to handle priorities effectively in a fast-paced role.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in lead generation and lead nurturing.
Nice to have
- Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Fluency in a language spoken within Southern Europe or the MENA region.
