TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Southern Europe and MENA): Generating new business opportunities by pre-qualifying leads and supporting the regional field sales team. Location: Based in London with a 50% hybrid working model (averaging two to three days onsite).

What you will do

  • Prospect and build a strong sales pipeline for the field sales team through outbound calling and email outreach.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
  • Research and engage with potential budget holders and decision-makers.
  • Pre-qualify leads and schedule appointments or call-backs for the field sales team.
  • Act as a bridge between marketing and sales, collaborating on campaign activity to improve lead generation.
  • Produce weekly activity and performance reports, including challenges and successes.

Requirements

  • Clear, articulate and tactful communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
  • Strong motivation and enthusiasm to succeed in a target-oriented environment.
  • Ability to handle priorities effectively in a fast-paced role.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in lead generation and lead nurturing.

Nice to have

  • Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Fluency in a language spoken within Southern Europe or the MENA region.
