What you will do
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team based in our London office.
- Improve and develop sales processes and playbooks to drive consistent performance.
- Own and optimize the full sales funnel from lead to closed customer, continuously improving conversion rates.
- Develop and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Partner with product and marketing to align packaging with customer needs and willingness to pay.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on overall business strategy and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Experience in B2C subscription businesses, B2C EdTech, or high-growth tech companies preferred.
- Expert-level analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Strategic thinker who can identify unconventional revenue opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bias for action with the ability to move quickly from analysis to implementation.
