What you will do
- Personally manage the entire immigration lifecycle from initial assessments through work permits to permanent residency applications.
- Navigate Swedish, UK, and US immigration systems with efficiency and precision.
- Advise on and structure international employment arrangements to optimize tax positions, including social security and tax equalization.
- Design and deliver a world-class relocation experience covering housing, schooling, healthcare, and local integration.
- Build and nurture a supportive community for relocating employees and their families.
- Proactively monitor global immigration landscapes and tax policy changes.
Requirements
- Expert in Swedish immigration law with a proven track record of executing visa and work permit applications.
- Deep knowledge of international employment tax implications, social security obligations, and cross-border employment structures.
- Ability to independently navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Experience managing relocations across the US and UK markets.
- English: B2+ required (company language).
