What you will do

• Personally manage the entire immigration lifecycle from initial assessments through work permits to permanent residency applications.
• Navigate Swedish, UK, and US immigration systems with efficiency and precision.
• Advise on and structure international employment arrangements to optimize tax positions, including social security and tax equalization.
• Design and deliver a world-class relocation experience covering housing, schooling, healthcare, and local integration.
• Build and nurture a supportive community for relocating employees and their families.
• Proactively monitor global immigration landscapes and tax policy changes.

Requirements

• Expert in Swedish immigration law with a proven track record of executing visa and work permit applications.
• Deep knowledge of international employment tax implications, social security obligations, and cross-border employment structures.
• Ability to independently navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Experience managing relocations across the US and UK markets.
• English: B2+ required (company language).
