What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure the quality of service deliveries, timeliness, accurate billings, and client relationship management.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Corpsec Executives.
  • Plan work effectively and efficiently, providing deliverables in accordance with the scope of services and timelines.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives to provide effective guidance.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve desired strategic outcomes.
  • Ensure tasks are carried out with efficiency, effectiveness, and contribution to continuous improvements of processes and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Recognised degree/diploma in Business Administration / Corporate Services / Legal Studies or equivalent.
  • Professionally certified with CGQP qualification and a member of CSIS is preferred.
  • More than 5 years experience in client facing and handling complex corporate secretarial matters including experience being RQI and named company secretary, and attending board of directors meetings.
  • Good understanding of Singapore regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Google workspace and Microsoft applications.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive, highly-organised and detail-oriented.
