What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure the quality of service deliveries, timeliness, accurate billings, and client relationship management.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Corpsec Executives.
- Plan work effectively and efficiently, providing deliverables in accordance with the scope of services and timelines.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives to provide effective guidance.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve desired strategic outcomes.
- Ensure tasks are carried out with efficiency, effectiveness, and contribution to continuous improvements of processes and knowledge.
Requirements
- Recognised degree/diploma in Business Administration / Corporate Services / Legal Studies or equivalent.
- Professionally certified with CGQP qualification and a member of CSIS is preferred.
- More than 5 years experience in client facing and handling complex corporate secretarial matters including experience being RQI and named company secretary, and attending board of directors meetings.
- Good understanding of Singapore regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Google workspace and Microsoft applications.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive, highly-organised and detail-oriented.
