What you will do

• Support People Operations and HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes, across the UK, France, and European EoR countries.
• Maintain and administer HRIS (Deel), ensuring data integrity, workflows, and permissions.
• Ensure HR compliance through accurate employment documentation, policy localisation, and regional administration.
• Manage benefits administration and provide People-side payroll support for the UK and France.
• Support London office operations, including office supplies, access management, and laptop provisioning.

Requirements

• Experience in an HR administration or People Operations role with strong execution ownership.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of UK HR administration fundamentals.
• Comfortable owning HR systems, documentation, and data quality.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with a strong sense of ownership.

• 1+ year of experience handling French HR administration.
