What you will do
- Lead the enhancement of recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and build dashboards for hiring metrics.
- Provide guidance and training to recruiters and hiring managers on interview techniques.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Take ownership of special projects and new program launches in partnership with leaders.
- Explore and implement technology solutions, including AI, to improve candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Mentor and develop a small team of 2-3 Recruiting Assistants.
Requirements
- 7+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years leading/mentoring others.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Comfort with applicant tracking systems (ATS), with Lever experience being a plus.
- Proven organizer, communicator, and analytical thinker.
- Solid knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and hiring best practices.
