What you will do

  • Lead the enhancement of recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and build dashboards for hiring metrics.
  • Provide guidance and training to recruiters and hiring managers on interview techniques.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
  • Take ownership of special projects and new program launches in partnership with leaders.
  • Explore and implement technology solutions, including AI, to improve candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Mentor and develop a small team of 2-3 Recruiting Assistants.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years leading/mentoring others.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Comfort with applicant tracking systems (ATS), with Lever experience being a plus.
  • Proven organizer, communicator, and analytical thinker.
  • Solid knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and hiring best practices.
