Location: This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at one of the following US locations: Sunnyvale, CA, Austin, TX, or Redmond, WA.

Salary: $140,000 – $215,000 per year.

What you will do

• Understand requirements, design solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
• Implement prototypes and high-quality, scalable, performant, and testable production-level code.
• Build and maintain dashboards for monitoring production metrics (efficacy and performance).
• Continuously iterate and improve solutions concerning features, efficacy, scale, and performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of combined experience as a cloud application developer.
• 4+ years of experience in implementing Generative AI applications and features.
• Experience building applications on Azure Cloud Platform, MS CoPilot, and with AI Agents.
• Deep understanding of LLM concepts (RAG, AI Workflows, Agentic AI, AI Agents, AI Agent Frameworks, MCP, A2A).
• Expert knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Autogen, LlamaIndex, or LangChain.
• Deep understanding of at least two cloud infrastructures and services (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI).
• Expert level knowledge of Go and/or Python.
• Moderate to expert level knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s).
• English: B2+ required.
• US work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in security companies or working with security products.
• Deep understanding of the security landscape, especially AI Security (securing the use and application of AI).
