What you will do

• Coordinate employment life processes for Poland, ensuring accuracy and local compliance.
• Manage HR administration: onboarding, offboarding, absence tracking, documentation, and HRIS (Workday) updates.
• Support contractor’s administrative processes, including accesses, contract preparation, and HR system data.
• Maintain employee data with precision and care.
• Support HR lifecycle processes and partner with Finance, auditors, and local authorities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Strong practical experience in HR administration, ideally in a digital environment.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law.
• High integrity and discretion with sensitive data.
• Administrative and process orientation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent Excel skills.
• Fluent language skills both written and verbal in Polish and English required.
• Ability to work within a remote team.
