What you will do
- Lead the onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring compliance and seamless documentation, including employment packages.
- Manage the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, meeting operational requirements and addressing employee queries.
- Collaborate closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to deliver a smooth experience.
- Continuously seek and implement enhancements to the onboarding process, anticipating evolving needs.
- Manage and maintain employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Identify and champion automation opportunities to streamline onboarding processes for efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Extensive operations experience with a solid understanding of people operations, including employment and legal contracting.
- Proficiency in handling employment contracts and similar legally binding HR documents.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, cross-functional settings, ideally within startups or high-growth companies.
- Team-oriented mindset, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership while working independently.
- English: C1 business level proficiency required in written and spoken communication, with a keen eye for detail.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems, with familiarity in collaboration tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
