What you will do

  • Lead the onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring compliance and seamless documentation, including employment packages.
  • Manage the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, meeting operational requirements and addressing employee queries.
  • Collaborate closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to deliver a smooth experience.
  • Continuously seek and implement enhancements to the onboarding process, anticipating evolving needs.
  • Manage and maintain employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with confidentiality standards.
  • Identify and champion automation opportunities to streamline onboarding processes for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Extensive operations experience with a solid understanding of people operations, including employment and legal contracting.
  • Proficiency in handling employment contracts and similar legally binding HR documents.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, cross-functional settings, ideally within startups or high-growth companies.
  • Team-oriented mindset, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership while working independently.
  • English: C1 business level proficiency required in written and spoken communication, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems, with familiarity in collaboration tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
