What you will do

• Partner with external vendors for market data on local Rewards practices and norms.
• Identify opportunities to improve current policies, processes, and plans.
• Coordinate the annual renewal processes of Total Reward programs.
• Ensure governance of Reward approaches across multiple jurisdictions, including audits, reporting, and data analysis.
• Manage processes related to employer-sponsored bonus and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans.
• Re-engineer, automate, and optimize Compensation and Benefits processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits / Reward.
• Proven experience working in a multi-country, dynamic, fast-paced, and complex environment.
• Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing data, problem solving, and providing professional insights.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel / Google Sheets literacy are essential.
• Experience in change management and project management, working with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English is essential (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Prior experience in implementing new Compensation / Benefits programs and platforms.
• HRIS system / Workday experience.
