What you will do

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads.
  • Source new sales prospects and secure appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicate hirify.global's value propositions and identify prospect needs.
  • Educate and develop prospects, leading to hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and engage with key accounts.
  • Conduct cold calls and present solutions to begin the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success, utilizing tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha.
  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking with a diligent work ethic.
  • Fluency in English & Italian is required.
  • Promotes urgency and is a self-starter, bringing new ideas to the team.
