Location: Remote within the US, specifically targeting the Southeast region (Miami, Savannah, Sandy Springs, Roanoke, North Charleston, Charlotte, Atlanta, Tampa)

Salary: $90,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Grow the top of the sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and communicate hirify.global's solutions.
  • Identify high-potential growth areas and execute outbound strategies.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success for new customer impressions.
  • Research companies and add prospects to the outbound list.
  • Maintain accurate client relationship data within the CRM.

Requirements

  • 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
  • Experienced with generating outbound leads.
  • CRM experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be eligible to work remotely from the US.
