TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SDR): Driving outbound sales opportunities and contributing to broader revenue goals for an AI-native Digital Experience Platform with an accent on personalized outreach to key prospect accounts and lead qualification. Focus on establishing rapport with senior executives, refining sales prospecting techniques, and leveraging emerging technologies like AI.

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid), requiring 3 days per week in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Travel up to 15% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites. This role pertains to workers in the United States.

Salary: $90,300 OTE (USD)

What you will do

  • Drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within hirify.global’s key prospect accounts.
  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts through various channels such as email, phone, and social media.
  • Qualify outbound leads, maintain active engagement, and identify new opportunities.
  • Establish rapport with all levels of buyers, including senior executives.
  • Create a database of CRM intelligence by consistently logging activities in Salesforce.
  • Refine messaging and sales prospecting techniques.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience with a history of meeting quotas and driving high-volume lead generation.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline.
  • Great communicator with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
  • Comfortable with phone/Zoom calls for prospecting efforts.
  • Must have a valid right to work authorization in the United States.

  • Comfortable or eager to learn CRM and Sales engagement platforms.
  • High energy individual with a strong desire to achieve top results with a dependable, positive “can-do" attitude.
  • Team player with a proven ability to work cross functionally and deliver results.
  • Curious and open to growth, actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI.
