What you will do
- Provide data insights and track progress against key performance indicators to support business change.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret complex people data using advanced and AI-assisted analytics.
- Support and implement improvement portfolios and seek innovative technology solutions across HR.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and self-service tools aligned to the people data strategy.
- Collaborate with technical teams and provide subject-matter expertise on data models, mapping, and cleansing.
- Use behavioural and customer insights to shape customer journeys and improve experience and engagement.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data to generate insight.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience supporting transformational or data-focused change initiatives.
- Experience with data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Oracle, Alteryx) or interest in developing these skills.
- Awareness of emerging technologies such as machine learning, LLMs, or Generative AI.
- Understanding of data ethics, responsible AI use, and regulatory expectations.
