Location: Remote (United Kingdom)

Salary: £101,609–£121,930 OTE

What you will do

  • Collaborate with customers to uncover new opportunities for growth and profitability.
  • Develop compelling ROI/TCO models to quantify value areas driven by new products and market trends.
  • Enable pre/post sales teams through training and content development to showcase Grafana's value.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create a unified value proposition narrative.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Observability Architects to articulate business value.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in value management, consulting, or engineering.
  • Deep understanding of building quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and create compelling customer-facing stories.
  • Experience partnering with GTM leaders (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing & Finance).
  • Possess a growth mindset, willing to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of Observability experience (Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki).
  • Familiarity with the Open Source landscape and community.
