Focus on coaching talent, driving consultative sales, and using data and CRM tools to track performance and improve processes.

Location: Must be based in Seattle, United States

Salary: Compensation package includes base + commissions

What you will do

  • Drive cross-sell opportunities across software, SaaS, hardware, and services.
  • Use data and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and improve processes.
  • Partner across departments to ensure aligned, effective execution.
  • Communicate clearly during change and help maintain team engagement.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse sales team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing successful outside sales teams
  • Experience with consultative selling
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
