Salary: $140,000 - $240,000 with additional variable compensation through commission.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for hirify.global's K-12 products, partnering with the CPO to translate company vision into organized plans.
• Serve as the main representative for product development, building cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
• Build, develop, and direct an industry-leading product team of UX and product management experts.
• Direct product management to translate strategy into actionable problems for agile development teams.
• Direct user experience to empathize with SchoolTool users and identify roadmap opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service delivery for cohesive new feature launches.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area preferred.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience, preferably director-level at a SaaS product company.
• 5-7 years of management experience, SaaS product management, EdTech preferred.
• K-12 Student Management Systems and New York State regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Strong business acumen, strategic planning & execution skills, highly organized and accurate.
• Strong interpersonal skills, presenting, and public speaking.
• Strong product management, critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
