TL;DR
Director of Product (EdTech): Leading a product team and owning the roadmap for 's K-12 software ecosystem with an accent on translating company vision into clear product roadmaps and bringing market insights to shape future vision. Focus on facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring products are user-friendly, technically sound, and market-ready.
Location: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Salary: $140,000 - $240,000 with additional variable compensation through commission.

What you will do
- Own the roadmap for 's K-12 products, partnering with the CPO to translate company vision into organized plans.
- Serve as the main representative for product development, building cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
- Build, develop, and direct an industry-leading product team of UX and product management experts.
- Direct product management to translate strategy into actionable problems for agile development teams.
- Direct user experience to empathize with SchoolTool users and identify roadmap opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service delivery for cohesive new feature launches.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area preferred.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience, preferably director-level at a SaaS product company.
- 5-7 years of management experience, SaaS product management, EdTech preferred.
- K-12 Student Management Systems and New York State regulatory knowledge preferred.
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning & execution skills, highly organized and accurate.
- Strong interpersonal skills, presenting, and public speaking.
- Strong product management, critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
