Salary: $140,000–$240,000 with additional variable compensation through commission.

What you will do
- Own the roadmap for hirify.global's K-12 product suite, ensuring unification across all products.
- Serve as the main representative for product development, building enduring cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
- Lead, develop, and direct an industry-leading product team of UX and product management experts.
- Direct product managers to translate product strategy into actionable problems for agile software development teams.
- Direct user experience activities to empathize with SchoolTool users, identify pain points, and validate roadmap opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service delivery to ensure cohesive plans for new feature launches.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related area preferred.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience, preferably director-level at a SaaS product company.
- 5-7 years of management experience, SaaS product management, EdTech preferred.
- K-12 Student Management Systems and New York State regulatory knowledge preferred.
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning & execution skills, highly organized and accurate.
- Strong product management, critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
