What you will do
- Nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing success.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and Success Plans.
- Monitor customer data to strategize for account retention and growth.
- Advocate industry and customer needs within hirify.global.
- Work cross-functionally to provide customer satisfaction and resolve at-risk events.
- Own and drive the strategy for each customer in your book of business.
- Funnel customer feedback to appropriate teams to improve the customer journey.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, account management, sales development, or business development.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales and customer success in a SaaS environment.
- Professional poise and confidence in customer communication.
- Great task and time management skills.
- German language skills are a must.
- Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to use Salesforce, Churn Zero.
- Industry expertise in retail/hospitality.
