People Manager, BDRs/SDRs (Sales): Leading and developing a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) team for the DACH region with an accent on elevating outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline generation. Focus on coaching, improving outreach quality, and leveraging AI-driven sales engagement tools to drive qualified opportunities.

Location: Remote, must be fluent in German and based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of BDRs, coaching them on outreach quality, objection handling, and qualification.
  • Provide hands-on call coaching, live feedback, and structured role-play sessions to boost confidence.
  • Build and deliver scalable training programmes covering outbound techniques, messaging, and sales best practices.
  • Drive predictable pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, social).
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, and Marketing to align on targets and improve qualification.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and modern sales engagement platforms (Salesloft, Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha) to scale personalised outreach.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • 2+ years leading BDR/SDR teams within a SaaS or technology organisation.
  • Skilled in Enterprise outbound, cold calling, target account engagement, and qualification methodologies.
  • A strong coach with the ability to motivate, inspire, and upskill teams.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and similar tools.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
