TL;DR

Regional Sales Director (Threat Intelligence): Driving revenue growth and market leadership for hirify.global's Threat Intelligence and Managed Threat Hunting business across the APJ region with an accent on strategic leadership of specialized sales teams and establishing market presence. Focus on developing competitive strategy, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring predictable business results through accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Location: This position is open to candidates based in Singapore. Willingness to travel throughout the APJ region as required.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Counter Adversary Operations Sales Specialists to drive revenue growth across APJ.
  • Execute strategic and tactical plans to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align regional execution with global strategy.
  • Build and nurture strategic customer and partner relationships to accelerate market adoption.
  • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline, implementing MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent in a competitive market.

Requirements

  • Current or recent sales leadership experience at a threat intelligence competitor to hirify.global is required.
  • Proven success building and leading high-performing enterprise software sales teams across the APJ region.
  • Extensive track record selling threat intelligence and security analytics solutions.
  • Deep technical understanding of threat intelligence application across Security Operations teams and technologies.
  • Experience leading teams to consistent quota achievement in enterprise security markets.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and competitive dynamics in APJ.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the APJ region as required.
