What you will do

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, field studies).
• Define research goals, hypotheses, and methodologies aligned with product and business objectives.
• Analyze research findings and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Create research artifacts such as personas, journey maps, user flows, and usability reports.
• Maintain a research repository and documenting methodologies, findings, and insights.
• Continuously improve research processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar role for 3+ years.
• Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Experience with conversion-focused research (funnels, drop-offs, CRO insights).
• Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and user interviews.
• Ability to translate research findings into clear, practical recommendations.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.
