What you will do

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, field studies).
• Define research goals, hypotheses, and methodologies aligned with product and business objectives.
• Analyze research findings and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Create research artifacts such as personas, journey maps, user flows, and usability reports.
• Maintain a research repository and document methodologies, findings, and insights.
• Continuously improve research processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
• Experience with conversion-focused research (funnels, drop-offs, CRO insights).
• Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and user interviews.
• Familiarity with research and analytics tools (e.g., UserTesting, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Maze).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required.
