What you will do

• Lead the entire design function, taking full responsibility for the product's overall look, feel, and UX/UI.
• Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize and design new features from the ground up.
• Define detailed project requirements in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
• Communicate the product vision through high-fidelity mock-ups, documentation, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and translate data-driven insights into intuitive product designs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX, UI, or product design.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects within cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing and launching complex products from the ground up.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent industry-standard design tools.
• Ability to create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience leading design for an early-stage startup.
• Background in designing technical projects and collaborating closely with engineers.
