TL;DR

Business Readiness Manager: Establishing and leading a consistent approach to business readiness across the Digital Technology & Change portfolio with an accent on defining impact assessments and coordinating readiness activities. What you will do

  • Establish and lead a consistent approach to business readiness across the DT&C portfolio.
  • Define and implement a standard Business Change Impact & Readiness Assessment (BCIA) approach.
  • Identify people, process, system, training, and communications impacts early.
  • Coordinate readiness activity across impacted business areas and provide evidence-based insights for go-live decisions.
  • Create portfolio-level visibility of readiness risk, change collisions, and business capacity.
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve readiness and adoption practices.

Requirements

  • Strong background in business readiness, change, or transformation delivery.
  • Ability to clearly assess and articulate business and people impacts.
  • Experience coordinating readiness, training, and adoption activity within major transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile, Product, or DevOps environments or transitioning to them.
  • Comfortable operating across multiple initiatives in complex environments and able to influence without authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing learning or enablement solutions.
  • Using data, dashboards, or reporting to support decisions.
  • Building or evolving change/readiness capabilities.
  • Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments.
  • Tooling exposure (e.g., Power BI, Jira, Asana, Excel).
