What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain core operating rhythms for the product organization, ensuring alignment and structured governance.
• Define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for product teams and develop scorecards to measure performance and progress.
• Drive execution of high-priority programs and initiatives, monitoring milestones, risks, and dependencies for successful delivery.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, partnering with finance and leadership to manage budgets and resource allocation.
• Provide centralized program management support for initiatives, ensuring consistent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Form and manage cross-functional remote global teams, determining project needs and priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of OKRs, scorecarding, and strategic planning processes.
• Familiarity with IDF and Decisioning products or similar technology domains.
