What you will do

• Support the TIO Optimisation VP with initiatives for optimization, efficiency, and productivity.
• Own TIO engagement activities supporting strategic OKRs, including global team meeting coordination and knowledge-sharing.
• Develop and maintain a communication strategy within and outside TIO, showcasing successes.
• Perform moderately complex data analysis on extensive and confidential data sets.
• Support TIO-wide learning initiatives and tracking of completion, including embedding Accessibility skills.
• Work effectively across on-site, remote, and global TIO teams to ensure requirements are met.
