What you will do
- Support the TIO Optimisation VP with initiatives for optimization, efficiency, and productivity.
- Own TIO engagement activities supporting strategic OKRs, including global team meeting coordination and knowledge-sharing.
- Develop and maintain a communication strategy within and outside TIO, showcasing successes.
- Perform moderately complex data analysis on extensive and confidential data sets.
- Support TIO-wide learning initiatives and tracking of completion, including embedding Accessibility skills.
- Work effectively across on-site, remote, and global TIO teams to ensure requirements are met.
