What you will do

• Define, establish, and govern multi-year programs with a clear strategic objective, managing vision, charter, and scope.
• Develop a multi-year program roadmap supporting client's business strategy, including business case development and funding.
• Own definition, tracking, and realization of program business benefits and strategic outcomes for the client.
• Oversee delivery of multiple related project workstreams, ensuring synchronization, reporting, risk management, and financial health.
• Manage and influence Executive-level Program Steering Committees and C-suite stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce program governance models, mentoring Project Managers and technical leads within your program.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing large, complex Data and/or AI Transformation Programs involving multiple projects and senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in program financial management, including securing program funding, budget allocation, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Deep experience with various delivery approaches and ability to consult clients on optimal program delivery models.
• Adept at strategic resource planning, capacity forecasting, and managing resource contention.
• Comfortable working with and influencing C-suite and executive client leaders to maintain strategic commitment and resolve roadblocks.
