What you will do
- Develop and execute channel business plans to scale business rapidly in the Greater China region.
- Deliver the hirify.global Partner Program and ensure proper execution with partners, including sales readiness training.
- Maintain high-level relationships with champion and C-Level contacts within partner organizations.
- Collaborate with key roles such as Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services within partner entities.
- Create and manage campaigns relevant for specific vertical needs to develop sales pipeline.
- Identify customer needs and work with Product Management to align product features.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of Channel Account Executive or Channel Management experience.
- Familiarity with SalesForce or other client management software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong proficiency in Chinese (for local engagement) and business-level English (for regional collaboration).
- Ability to travel up to 60% across China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
