What you will do

• Conceptualize, plan and produce high-quality video and photo content for various purposes.
• Operate and maintain professional camera, lighting and audio equipment.
• Independently manage the entire production workflow, from pre-production to filming and post-production.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Service Academy and HR to ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identity and strategic communication objectives.
• Organize, archive and maintain digital media assets to ensure efficient access, proper tagging and version control.
• Continuously explore and implement new visual formats, technologies, and storytelling approaches to enhance brand engagement.

Requirements

• Degree or formal training in Media Production, Film, Photography, Communication Design or similar.
• Proven professional experience in video production, ideally within a B2B or technology-oriented environment; solid photography experience, both in studio and on location.
• Proficient in operating DSLR and mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals and professional lighting setups.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio recording techniques; experience with 3D visualization or motion graphics.
• Advanced editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, with excellent sense of composition, color and visual storytelling.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in German and/or Italian as a plus.
