What you will do

• Produce high-converting video ads for paid social channels, iterating based on performance data and testing frameworks.
• Edit high-quality content tailored for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, performance marketers, and designers to align content with campaign objectives.
• Manage and organize video assets, project files, and templates for an efficient team workflow.
• Select and integrate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance storytelling and emotional impact.
• Monitor trends in the creator economy and social media to drive innovative content strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in-person at the NYC HQ.
• Experience as a video editor in an agency or in-house team with significant exposure to performance marketing or direct-response ads.
• Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of visual design, including motion, typography, layout, and color.
• Deep knowledge of internet culture, social trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Comfort working with performance data to inform creative decisions (hooks, pacing, CTAs).
