What you will do

• Produce 3+ digital video stories daily under tight sports-driven deadlines.
• Write scripts, collect assets, and edit short-form video from end-to-end using Adobe Premiere or AVID.
• Create SEO-optimized headlines and captions to drive views on YouTube and hirify.global Sports sites.
• Shoot high-quality video and audio using DSLR cameras or iPhones during field shoots and interviews.
• Collaborate with social and editorial teams to create sharable content across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Serve as a creative producer for livestreams, weekly series, and branded content.

Requirements

• Must be based in Stamford, CT.
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience producing end-to-end news digital video content.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Proven ability to work under extremely tight deadlines and flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of digital metrics (page views, video views, follower growth).
• Advanced camera skills with HDV cameras.
• Experience interviewing athletes for breaking news stories.
