What you will do

• Produce high-quality paid social performance creatives optimized for conversions on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Execute high-volume output, stitching and adding text overlays for 100+ concepts per week.
• Optimize pacing, hooks, and CTAs to maximize engagement and campaign performance.
• Integrate AI tools into the production workflow to accelerate output and enhance quality.
• Create both AI-forward and AI-assisted realistic video content, testing new workflows for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and growth marketers to interpret and execute creative briefs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience editing direct response performance creatives for paid social media.
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused editing, including hooks, pacing, and CTA structures.
• Proficiency with CapCut (primary) or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as Remotion, Higgsfield, Sora, or Kling.
• Ability to work according to US time zones.
• Portfolio showcasing direct response and AI-enhanced video work.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of creative design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
