What you will do

• Proactively source Software Engineers across a range of disciplines and levels.
• Build and manage talent pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing channels.
• Craft compelling outreach messages that convert passive candidates.
• Screen candidates for technical alignment and role fit.
• Partner with hiring partners to refine role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Track activity and maintain accurate data in the ATS.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing Software Engineers in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles, tech stacks, and candidate profiles.
• Advanced sourcing skills.
• Confident communicator with a candidate-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a contract role.

Nice to have

• Experience working in fast-paced or scaling teams.
• Previous contract or project-based sourcing experience.
