What you will do

• Proactively source software engineers across various levels and disciplines.
• Build and manage talent pipelines using professional networks and coding platforms.
• Craft and send compelling outreach messages to convert passive engineering candidates.
• Screen candidates to ensure technical alignment and role fit.
• Collaborate with hiring partners to refine requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate data within the ATS.

Requirements

• Must have proven experience sourcing software engineers in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles, tech stacks, and candidate profiles.
• Advanced sourcing skills and ability to manage complex talent pipelines.
• Confident communication skills and a candidate-first mindset.
• Ability to commit to a 3-month contract and hit the ground running.
