The role
As a Global Executive Talent Attraction Partner, you will lead high-impact executive searches that shape TE’s global leadership landscape. This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders to attract and secure mission-critical executive talent across regions and business units.
Note: The role is posted in the UK, but this is a global remote position. Candidates from other locations will be considered based on experience and business needs.
What you’ll do
— Lead end-to-end executive search for senior leadership and C-suite roles globally
— Partner closely with executive leadership, HR, Talent Management, and Total Rewards
— Use data analytics and talent intelligence to guide sourcing strategies and hiring decisions
— Build diverse, future-ready executive talent pipelines through strategic mapping and market intelligence
— Deliver high-quality candidate assessments and market insights to senior stakeholders and boards
— Continuously evolve executive recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to improve quality and speed
— Ensure alignment with succession planning, compensation strategy, and long-term talent priorities
What we’re looking for
— Proven executive search experience in global industrial or manufacturing environments
— Strong exposure to engineering-led, highly specialized leadership roles
— Prior in-house executive recruiting experience in a complex, global organization (strongly preferred)
— Demonstrated experience recruiting C-suite leaders and executive direct reports
— Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence outcomes
— Exceptional stakeholder management skills with credibility at executive and board level
— High ownership, bias for action, and continuous improvement
