What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy and recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with leadership on annual headcount planning and manage scalable hiring models.
• Personally manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership positions, ensuring a high-touch experience.
• Partner with Marketing and People teams to define and amplify the employer brand and candidate experience.
• Oversee the Talent Acquisition team, providing mentorship, performance coaching, and development.
• Utilize data-driven insights to communicate hiring progress and manage recruitment technology stack (ATS, CRM, AI tools).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive Recruiting experience, including 5 years managing people.
• Proven track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in high-growth environments is preferred, including software, clinical, and contact center roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
