What you will do

• Manage the entire lifecycle of big events, from contract signing to final closing.
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and internal teams.
• Coordinate different departments to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ, collaborating with product/engineering teams.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Q&A to address potential user issues.
• Ensure all project requirements have the necessary documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused with the ability to identify problem areas and create resolution plans.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of building positive working relationships.

Nice to have

• Event experience.
• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong academic background.
