What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable roadmaps.
• Manage cross-project and cross-team dependencies and risks.
• Drive engineering and integration decisions and timelines across multiple projects and teams.
• Establish business processes and policies for technical projects.
• Communicate regularly with senior management on status and risks.
• Ensure products conform to client standards and provide technical project management guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program/project management.
• Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, and coordinating efforts.
• Experience with Agile methodologies for software development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Current and active Secret security clearance is required.

• TS/SCI eligible.
