Associate Project Manager

TL;DR

Associate Project Manager: Driving execution of projects, ensuring commitments are delivered on time, within scope, to budget, and to required quality standards. Focus on managing project risks, defining communication plans, and anticipating impacts of project decisions on client expectations.

Location: This is a remote role in the US.

What you will do

• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure the use of appropriate processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks through prioritization, planning, and delivery.
• Define and manage project scope, communication plans, and change requests.
• Establish trusted relationships with the project team and stakeholders.
• Complete project status and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business/technical experience.
• 2-4 years relevant work experience.
• Solid organization and time management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
• Background in health information technology, electronic medical records, or telemedicine software.
• Familiarity with health information data transfer methods such as HL-7, FHIR.
• Familiarity with, and ability to influence, the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience leading or participating in software testing QA events.
