What you will do

• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget, adhering to specified plans and quality standards.
• Ensure the use of appropriate processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks through prioritization, planning, and mitigation.
• Define, document, and manage project scope, including changes and change requests.
• Establish trusted relationships with project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Report project status effectively and identify/implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organization, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Up to 10% travel may be required, including international.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
• 2-3 years at Expert level experience.
• Background in health information technology, electronic medical records, or telemedicine related software.
• Familiarity with standard health information data transfer methods (HL-7, FHIR, CCD/CCDA).
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience leading and/or participating in software testing QA events.
