What you will do

• Orchestrate global creative intake, prioritization, and delivery for high-visibility global initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to translate business goals into actionable creative briefs and facilitate communication.
• Optimize marketing operations by owning the governance of the creative tech stack, including Asana and DAM transition.
• Manage financial and resource stewardship by overseeing SOWs and budget alignment via Allocadia.
• Triage and prioritize creative resourcing needs across the enterprise, ensuring project visibility and timely feedback.

Requirements

• Deep experience navigating the creative development lifecycle within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
• Proven ability to unify diverse teams around shared objectives, acting as a trusted consultant.
• Mastery of project management and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools like Asana, Bynder, or Frontify.
• An outcomes-oriented mindset with the skill to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously.
