What you will do
- Lead and manage an integrated global team of customer and product marketers.
- Own the global customer marketing strategy and operating model, including segmentation and engagement.
- Provide strategic leadership for Product Marketing, defining value propositions and differentiated positioning.
- Coordinate the execution of B2B and B2C global marketing campaigns across multiple channels and verticals.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Commercial Strategy, Sales, and Regions for effective commercialization.
- Coordinate and manage the annual global customer and product marketing budgets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role (15+ years), ideally within gaming, technology, or other complex, regulated environments.
- Direct leadership of global teams and accountability for customer-facing marketing programs.
- Demonstrated strength in Customer Marketing and Go-To-Market execution.
- Product Marketing experience, including product positioning and launches.
- Strong people leader with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic, analytical, and data-driven problem-solver with strong communication and executive presence.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
- English: B2 required.
