Location: Hybrid, 8 days/month onsite, primarily in the United States. Preference is to be in a hirify.global Office location two days a week.

What you will do
- Own and manage the full P&L, meeting financial commitments and strengthening the business for long-term growth.
- Develop and execute a commercially driven go-to-market strategy, leveraging disruptive product strategies including advanced technologies such as AI.
- Lead strategic transformation of the Tax & Accounting CCH brand into a scalable, AI-enabled SaaS business.
- Cultivate deep customer intimacy by engaging with key accounts and translating needs into strategic product roadmaps.
- Develop and execute a multigenerational product roadmap aligned with the North American technology platform and AI/GenAI strategy.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of product management experience in SaaS, with proven success managing go-to-market disciplines and P&L accountability.
- 5+ years’ experience working with Offshore employees for both product management and outsource.
- Strong business and financial acumen, able to synthesize complex information and formulate an aligned approach.
- Expertise in pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and ROI-based investment prioritization.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling commercial software products, ideally with AI/ML components.
- Deep understanding of AI, Agentic AI, and their application in enterprise software.
