What you will do

  • Set the global vision and operating model for International Publishing, defining regional priorities and resource allocation across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
  • Drive global-to-local alignment, ensuring brand consistency while empowering regions for culturally resonant activations.
  • Build operational rhythms and insight loops for rapid decision-making and high-impact campaign execution.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing international marketing organization, overseeing regional Leads and fostering cross-regional collaboration.
  • Serve as a senior connective leader across Product, Partnerships, Communications, Legal, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience leading international marketing or publishing organizations at scale, with proven success across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, and LATAM).
  • Track record of setting vision and driving long-term strategy in dynamic, high-growth consumer industries, ideally games, media, technology, or entertainment.
  • Deep expertise in global and regional alignment, with the ability to translate cultural insights into global frameworks while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Experience working in companies with complex business models and rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to drive influence through executive leadership toward unified global outcomes.
