What you will do
- Own and grow a defined portfolio of tier-1 Singapore public sector accounts, with responsibility for revenue and expansion.
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies and transformation roadmaps, aligned to national digitalisation, data governance, AI, and cloud initiatives.
- Act as a natural business hunter, continuously identifying new use cases, programs, and funding opportunities.
- Architect end-to-end solutions combining software licenses, professional services, and partner capabilities.
- Connect with senior civil servants, CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders, navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Consistently deliver and exceed annual and multi-year revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of direct experience selling enterprise software solutions into the Singapore public sector.
- Strong track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder public sector deals and long sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-year account growth plans.
- Proven experience in new demand creation, not just renewal or incumbent expansion.
- Strong solution-selling background, with the ability to package licenses + services + partners.
- Deep understanding of Singapore public sector procurement, governance, and digital transformation priorities.
- English: B2 required.
