What you will do

• Define and implement the Target Operating Model (TOM) and drive process improvements.
• Utilize AI and process mining to automate and enhance servicing operations in Latin America.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and establish standardized processes across multiple countries.
• Identify and implement opportunities for scale through workflow consolidation and optimization.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, perform root cause analyses, and create reporting tools for performance management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, lead workshops, and manage change enablement efforts for process adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
• 7+ years in operational excellence, process improvement, or transformation, preferably in financial services or automotive finance.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in applying AI technologies and process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Microsoft Power Automate Process Mining, UiPath).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and teams across multiple countries.
• Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
