What you will do
- Own and evolve the Data & AI partner journey framework, ensuring its relevance and competitiveness.
- Conduct systematic gap analysis of current partner programs and experiences, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Serve as the external face and voice of AWS Data & AI partner programs at industry events and executive forums.
- Identify and secure the right mix of self-managed programs and cross-AWS initiatives to support the partner journey.
- Build scalable mechanisms to drive awareness and adoption of the Data & AI partner journey directly to partners and through enablement.
- Support yearly operational and quarterly planning cycles by providing strategic input on partner journey priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated success securing investments and alignment across multiple organizations.
- Deep understanding of the Data & AI technology landscape, partner ecosystem dynamics, and how partners create value.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
- Experience working with partners through account, product, or program management.
- Experience leading large-scale programs/projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform program strategy.
- Knowledge of AWS Partner Programs (competencies, funding programs, marketplace).
